NP Consultants has an Education Advisory Council made up of
experts in the field of Education. The Education Advisory Council will be
reviewing services offered to schools and school districts to ensure the
quality and effectiveness of anything proposed to potential education clients
by NP Consultants. We incorporate any Education Advisory Council
recommendations in offerings we make to our school district clients. The
Council also regularly reviews services provided to our education clients on an
ongoing basis. NP Consultants is very fortunate to have such a Council of
distinguished and qualified education experts.
Please meet the NP Consultants Education Advisory Council:
Tammie Bullard
Tammie Bullard has been a leader in her school district for over two decades. Ms. Bullard has served on the Tustin Unified School District Board of Trustees for 24 years from 1996 through 2020, retiring in 2020. She was also a Coastline ROP Board Member for 20 years, working on Career and Technical Education programs in a partnership with four additional school districts. In addition, Ms. Bullard served for 16 years as a Delegate Assembly Member for the California School Board Association (CSBA). The delegates ensure the CSBA reflects the interests of school districts, and County boards of education throughout the state by helping to craft education policy.
NP Consultants is very honored to have Tammie Bullard as a member of our Education Advisory Council with her wide range of education policy experience.
Melissa Salinas
Melissa Salinas is an active leader in the education and
business communities in her area of Orange County. Ms. Salinas currently serves
as a Board Trustee for the Lowell Joint School District in the La Habra
California area. She also concurrently serves as a Board Advisor on the Lowell
Joint Education Foundation. In addition, Ms. Salinas serves on the Board of
Directors for the La Habra Chamber of Commerce. She helps to strengthen and
promote both an excellent education for students in her district and also a
vibrant business community.
NP Consultants is very fortunate and privileged to have Melissa
Salinas serve on our Education Advisory Council with her experience in
education and business.
T.J. Prendergast
T.J. Prendergast Combines leadership in scholarship and
athletics. Mr. Prendergast has been a high school history teacher for the past
26 years, currently teaching in the Tustin Unified School District at Beckman
High School. He has also been Water Polo and Swim Coach for the past 30 years,
currently coaching his High School Water Polo and Swim teams. In addition, Mr.
Prendergast serves as a Trustee on the South Orange County Community College
District Board of Trustees, for the past 11 years. Mr. Prendergast has been a
leader in both education and aquatic athletics for many years in Orange County.
NP Consultants is indeed lucky to have T.J. Prendergast
serve on our Education Advisory Council with his experience in high school and
college education as well as high school athletics.
Elizabeth Morgan
Elizabeth Morgan is a leader in Primary Education for
Orange County. Ms. Morgan has been an award-winning primary teacher in the
Capistrano Valley Unified School District for over 34 years. She has been a
highly regarded teacher for her ability to be able to foster family engagement
in the classroom, and has presented for the California Association for the
Education of Young Children, and the California Child Development
Administrators Association Leadership Institute. Ms. Morgan has also served on
the California Mathematics Council. She also combines her experience in
teaching with volunteering for 20 years with the Boy Scouts of America. She has
served with Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing and Sea Scouts. Ms. Morgan
currently teaches second grade at Del Obispo Elementary School in the
Capistrano Valley Unified School District.
